Why is there a monthly cost instead of one time fixed payment?
Just like other subscription based companies, a monthly payment is what serves your business best, and ours. This way you don't pay too much up front, and we can cover more than our own monthly costs for serving your business!
Do I lose my automations/projects if I cancel my subscription?
Just like any other subscription, if you cancel your subscription, you lose access to the customized service being provided.
If we worked on a piece of evergreen content for an additional a la carte price, that falls outside of the subscription, and you may be able to keep it based on the type of project.
Are there any discounts for businesses who can't afford this?
We may have seasonal discounts we will release! Subscribe to our email list to see what deals we are offering.
Why is this worth hundreds a month?
The price reflects many factors, but mostly comes down to the following:
-The price of servicing your individual business
-The expertise of knowing how to customize to exactly what your business needs
-The hands on, level of personal attention to your specific business
Why are there usage fees?
There is no way around the fact that the more you use a system, the more it costs the utility provider. The usage fees are the best way to make sure you are only paying for what your business needs, and you aren't paying for other's bills.
Keep in mind- usage is only small fractions of pennies! We offer $30-$50 (depending on plan) in usage credits for every new customer. That way you can ease into the first couple months of usage.
What happens after I purchase a plan?
Immediately you will receive an email with log-in details based on your information. We will also personally follow up very shortly after your purchase to make sure we can greet you, and get you booked with a call with our team to start building you what you paid for!
